The weekend staffing situation felt absurd. a lobby closure makes little sense at this price!!! Noise from the train line can be bothersome. Temp control was frustratingly poor, leading to a stuffy atmosphere at times!!!

the flottwell is a gem! it’s just a short stroll from a lovely park and close to what used to be the tracks of the anhalter bahnhof. the digital check-in was super easy, and our room had a fridge, which was such a blessing for snacks. the staff were quick to help with any questions!
